Anna Janska
INSIGHT
Anna is a User Researcher with solid knowledge in human perception and decision making. In her research, she draws from methods and models from Linguistics, Speech Processing and HMI, Neuroscience, Cognitive Psychology, Market Research, and Behavioural Economics to understand human behvaiour and deliver actionalble recommendations to her clients.

Valerie Mohr
DESIGN
Valerie is a designer with a varied expertise, ranging from graphic design to screen and service design in agencies and corporate settings. These days, she focusses on Design Thinking as methodological approach to problem solving, product- & service development, as well as on entrepreneurship and the right organisational forms for innovations in small and medium sized companies and large corporations.
